Sara holds a degree in Business Administration and Management, specialized in Finance and Accounting from the University of Castilla-La Mancha. In addition, she holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Carlos III University of Madrid. In June of 2019 she obtained CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification.
In 2014 she joined BNP Paribas as a financial analyst in the CIB Financial Reporting EMEA team. In 2018, within BNP Paribas, she became a member of the Financial Management and Reporting team in the Finance Activities department.
In February of 2020 she joined Akerton Partners to be part of the financial advisory team.
Alice holds a degree in Franco-Spanish Business Administration from the universities of ICADE and NEOMA Business School, specializing in Corporate Finance. She has completed financial courses in Spain and France.
In 2017 she joined Teva Pharma‘s financial department offering accounting services, payment and collection management, and operational flow analysis.
In 2018 she joined the M&A team of SD Partners as a financial analyst, in which he performs valuation tasks of technology startups and industrial property, search for financing and operations of mergers, acquisitions and spin-off.
In 2020, she joined the Corporate dept of Akerton Partners.
Olga holds a degree in Bilingual Economics from the University of Oviedo. After completing her studies in July 2019, she joined an estate administration in Gijón where she worked in accounting, payment management, taxes and customer service.
At the end of 2019 she joined the Forensic department at Akerton Partners.
Marina holds a Degree in Journalism from Camilo José Cela University and a Master’s degree in Journalism in Radio, Television and Multimedia from the ̈Escuela Superior de Imagen y Sonido ̈.
She holds the title Cambridge in Advanced English (CAE), which certifies a C1 level in English, in addition to the DELF B2 title in French awarded by CIEP.
In 2015 she joined Fever Labs Inc. as Copywriter in the communication department, creating and translating content and taking care of SEO tasks.
From November 2015 to September 2016 she worked at the VNEWS Agency and the Canal Metro de Madrid – both part of the Secuoya Group – creating and distributing content to all national media.
After a four-month scholarship as an editor and reporter on the Non Stop People Spain television channel, Marina left to Italy for Erasmus, working remotely as Blogger and press manager for Coverontrip Digital Insurance for a year.
In July 2017, after returning from Erasmus, she joined the Non Stop People staff as an editor and reporter on News 1, News 2 and the Good Morning People program.
In 2019 she worked on Onda Cero, in the program ̈No Son Horas ̈, with José Luis Salas and Gemma Ruiz, as a broadcaster.
In December 2018 she joined Akerton Partners.
Arantxa holds a degree in English Philology from the University of Alcalá de Henares. She has completed several accounting and finance courses at CEF and various language courses such as French or Italian.
In 2000 she joined the Fiat Group in Spain, becoming part of Fiat Ibérica, head of the Group in Spain.
In 2005 she joined Bergé Automotive Logitics where she developed much of her work in the area of road transport insurance.
In 2013 she became part of Akerton Partners.
In 2008 he began his career by joining the Cajamar bank as a private banking manager. In 2011, he joined the administrative department of Akerton Partners, S.L., additionally
supporting the different lines of business of the company (Back Office).
In 2017 he became part of the team of Annu Inversiones, S.L., participating in various transactions of assignment of receivables, loans and debt purchase.
Francisco holds a degree in Finance and Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Finance at Carlos III University of Madrid.
In 2017 he joined KPMG in the audit department and, later, in the Corporate Finance department of non-performing loan portfolios (NPLs) and real estate assets (REOs).
In 2018 he joined Arcano Partners in the Investment Banking department of the M&A and debt capital market (DCM) team.
At the end of 2018 he joined the Corporate dept at Akerton Partners.
In 2020 he became part of Akerton Partners financial advisory team.
Marta holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Castilla la Mancha.
In 2017 she began her professional career by offering tax and commercial advisory services to various companies.
A year later, in 2018, she joined the financial department of Rosa Clará Group, in which she developed financial analysis tasks and accounting oriented to the presentation of monthly results.

Jose Antonio holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Castilla la Mancha, completing his training with the Master’s Degree in Auditing and Higher Accounting from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos de Madrid.
In 2014 he began his professional career as an accounting and tax manager for various companies. In 2016 he became part of the Akerton Partners team, since then he has participated in more than 40 Forensic works, as well as in the elaboration of multiple Due Diligence and Reports of “Purchase Price Allocation”, in different processes of assignment of the acquisition price of a company and calculation of goodwill.
In addition, he has collaborated in the elaboration of economic reports for different R+D + i projects for the application for public assistance.
Alberto holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Carlos III University of Madrid, additionally he holds a Master’s degree in Higher Accounting from the U.N.E.D and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in sports entities by the Polytechnic University of Madrid. Accredited with CAFI and EIP certificate required by MFID II for advice on complex investment products issued by the Institute of Stock Studies (IEB).
For two years he studied to be part of Inspector’s State Body for Financial Studies in Madrid. In 2012 he began his working career at Akerton Partners as a consultant in the financing department.
In 2016 he joined BBVA as a financial advisor in Commercial Banking, managing portfolios of private clients and SMEs, analyzing and managing financing operations, overdue risks and collective investment products.
In 2019 he returned to Akerton Partners to be part of the financial advisory team.
Juan Carlos has a degree in Economics and Business Sciences with specialization in Audit by the Complutense University of Madrid and an MBA by the Enterprise Institute of Madrid. Juan Carlos began his career in Coopers & Lybrand in 1990, being responsible for clients of the firm in the commercial, service and Real Estate sectors.
In 1998 he joined Madritel (Auna’s Group subsidiary) as Administration and Accounting Manager leading the implementation of the accounting processes and criteria and participating in the ERP common model definition (SAP) Chart of accounts and Administrative Manual of the Group.
In 2002 he moves along with the Auna Group to Barcelona as Administration and Accounting Director, being responsible for the integration processes of six of the cable operators of Auna.
In 2003 he returns to Madrid as Systems and process Manager to determine, develop and implement ERP (SAP) Group improvements.
In 2005 France Telecom Group acquires Auna where he continues in the Financial Direction as Systems and Process Manager, being responsible for the process integration project of Amena, Auna and France Telecom Spain initially and Orange and Ya.com later (2007), as well as the data migration and the new ERP (SAP) definition, collaborating in the Financial Direction in the economic budget (salary reviews, training, promotion, etc.) and being its representative in different committees of the Group.
Until his incorporation to Ambers&Co in August 2008 and since July 2009 in Akerton Partners where he has participated in multiple financial projects of a group of companies of many sectors as well as the launch of the Lending platform.
Lali de Juan holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from ICADE (1999-2004), Madrid. She completed a master’s degree in finance at CIFF (University of Alcalá and Banco Santander) in 2009-2010 and was subsequently a professor of business valuation – CFA Research Challenge- and project finance at this same business school. In addition, she was a Corporate Finance & Real Estate researcher at IESE Business School.
She started her professional career in London at UBS Investment Bank in the M&A department (Utilities Team). There she worked on relevant deals such as the sale of United Surgical Partners of Europe to Mercapital, the sale of PacificCorp by ScottishPower, Electrabel minorities take-out advisory and financing (Suez) and the unsolicited bid for Endesa by Gas Natural, among others.
She also worked at Banco Santander at Santander Insurance and as a banker at Santander Global Banking & Markets.
In 2019 she joined the mergers and acquisitions department at Akerton Partners as manager, having performed similar roles previously.
José Luis holds a degree in Economics and Business Sciences from the CEU San Pablo, is registered as auditor of accounts in the Official Register of Auditors of Accounts (ROAC) accredited to the SEC as auditor of listed companies in USA and is a Real Estate Agent (API). He has experience leading consultancy and audit teams in projects for relevant companies.
In 1994 he joined Deloitte where he spent most of his professional career being responsible for financial audit projects of national and international companies, financial consulting, review and internal control design (SOX), IPO processes, due diligences, business valuation, experts and advice on obtaining public assistance. He has experience in all sectors mainly of technology, media, telecommunications and energy (TMT – Energy) companies acquired during his last 8 years at Deloitte.
In 2009 he joined Akerton Partners as head of the Forensic department, a team responsible for the preparation of expert reports, reports of economic estimates, advice on the application of accounting principles and the realization of Financing Due Diligence.
In recent years, he has produced various expert reports such as judicial and judicial expert, which have been ratified in Courts of First Civil and Commercial Instance, Provincial Hearings, Higher Courts of Justice, Court of Auditors and National Audience.
He is also responsible for the Public Incentives department, responsible for the processing of R+D+i assistance and investment projects made by companies in any sector.
Cristina holds a degree in Business Administration and Management, with major in Finance from CUNEF (part of Complutense University of Madrid) and has also completed an Executive MBA from ISEM Fashion Business School (part of University of Navarra). She has been invited as a “guest lecture” at the University of Texas under the “Transportation Systems Management” program led by Dr. Walton to expose the basic principles of financing transportation infrastructure projects while living in the United States (2012-2019).
In 2007 she joined the Project Finance Department of Cintra (Grupo Ferrovial) where she was responsible for treasury and also Project Finance Manager of several projects in Spain and Portugal. In 2012 she moved to the United States (New York and Austin) to develop new business opportunities as a Director, bidding and closing several projects in States such as Virginia (US 460), Texas (North Tarrant segments Express 3A 3B) and North Carolina (I-77 Hot Lanes).
In 2015 she joined Miami-based VINCI Concessions (VINCI Group), as Head of the Project Finance Department for North America, bidding and closing the company’s first contract in Saskatchewan Province (Bypass Regina) as well as prequalifying and bidding on several projects in other jurisdictions (George Massey- Vancouver, South West Stoney Trail- Calgary, Gordie Howe-Detroit/Windsor or Purpule Line-Maryland).
In 2017 she moved back to Austin as Director, joining PFM Financial Advisors, as Municipal Financial Advisor (Series 50) to develop PPPs (Public Private Partnerships) projects advising different Departments of Transportation (Indiana Finance Authority, University of Georgia or Texas Department of Transportation, among others). In 2019, she joined Akerton Partners as head of the financing dept.
Francisco has a degree in Economics and Business Sciences with specialization in Audit by the Complutense University of Madrid, Advanced Direction programme in INSEAD (Fontainebleu). He has accomplished financial courses in Spain, France and U.SA.. He has been teacher and speaker in several universities besides giving lectures. He is member of the REA, ICJ.
In 1984 he joined Arthur Andersen as industrial businesses manager, being responsible of several projects in both audit and consulting.
In 1993 he joined Alstom as CFO and council secretary, being financial responsible and Advisor of several companies of the Group in Canada, México, France and Spain, besides being responsible for Real Estate projects in Spain, as well as for global cash flow and of financing projects in different countries. I
In 2000 he joined to Auna as Administration and Finance Director, being responsible for various financing and debt restructurings, achieving in 2004 along with his team, the award to the best refinancing of the year (4.500M€), award given by the magazine Euromoney. In 2005 he was designated CFO of the Auna Group, culminating with the sale of the Group to France Telecom Group (the mobile phone business) and to ONO (the fixed-line business) for the amount of € 12.800M. From 2006 he was designated CFO Purchasing Director of Orange Spain by France Telecom Group.
In 2007 he was awarded by the Spanish Association of Financial and Corporate Treasurers (ASSET) with the award to the financial excellence in the category of “Best financial manager of the year”. The aim of this award is to distinguish the actions implemented by the CFO in the company and the original financial solutions that had contributed to the success of the financial departments and that had an impact on the companies performance.
In 2008 he founded the financial advisory firm today known as Akerton Partners.
